Choosing a celebrant should feel exciting, not stressful, so it's only fair you get a feel for who I am, just as I will take time to get to know you. I'm an independent celebrant, I trained with the Academy of Professional Celebrants in 2025. I am lucky enough to live in the gorgeous town of Abergavenny with my lovely family and my rescue greyhound.
I've spent years in the world of theatre as a performer, writer and director, and I still love donning a silly costume and treading the boards with the local amateur theatre groups. By day I am a primary school teacher, a job which I adore. Between theatre and teaching I've become extremely comfortable speaking to large crowds, improvising when needed, and bringing big energy to special moments.
I adore dressing up, showing off and leaning into the quirky side of life. If you want a ceremony with sparkle, silliness, or something delightfully unexpected then I'm already excited! But when we reach those tender, emotional moments that deserve stillness, sincerity and real heart, I am right there with you, fully present and completely genuine.

I can sometimes be found running around. I won't lie and say I love it...but I have been doing it for 16 years so there must be something about it! I motivate myself where possible by raising funds for charities close to my heart, and by running with awesome people.

I'm one of those people who rarely sits still, so when the telly is on you'll likely find me making silly things with yarn.
