Weddings

A celebrant led wedding is a truly special experience. Using your love story as a focal point, I will work with you to create a bespoke ceremony that is utterly individual to you. I will take the time to get to know you, so that I can weave your values, traditions and quirks into a heartfelt, individual and memorable ceremony.

Whatever you have in mind for your special day I will tailor the day to your wishes. I love the unusual and the quirky, so believe me when I say anything goes!  See my FAQs for more!

Price - 

Basic package starts at £650

Included in the basic package:

Initial meeting - We will meet at a mutually convenient time and place so I can get to know you as as a couple and your love story.  This is our main meeting at which I will learn about your ideas and vision for your special day. 

Draft Script - I will send you a draft of the script ceremony  after this meeting so that you can make adjustments and check you are happy with it.

Final Script - Once we have finalised everything I will send you a final copy of the script so that you know exactly what will happen on the day. 

Certificate - I will provide a commemorative certificate which can be signed as part of the ceremony if you wish (it makes for a lovely photo opportunity!)

Rituals - handfastings, sand ceremonies, loving cups, candle ceremonies. These are just a few examples of the different rituals I can include in your ceremony. (Extra cost incurred if special equipment needs to be purchased)

Rehearsal - Many people like to have a run through at the venue before the big day. I am happy to organise this for you.

On The Day - I will arrive at the venue at least one hour before the ceremony to set up and check everything is in order. I will liaise with the venue, photographer, wedding planner etc to ensure the smooth running of the ceremony. Then I will lead your ceremony as you celebrate your love with your special guests.

Travel - Travel within 30 miles of Abergavenny is included. Beyond that is 45p per mile.

Vow writing - I can help you write your own personal vows. 

MC - Need someone make announcements after the ceremony? Announcing the speeches, welcoming you into the meal, telling guests where they need to be?  I can do that!
